Letting go (guided meditation)

One of the hardest things in life that causes mental. physical and emotional stress is holding on to things which hurt us.


We seem to carry so many heavy stories of our hurts, pain, and fears.
We fight to hold on and we fight to let go, it feels like we need to carry on holding on.

The thing is, we are causing more pain by not letting go of how things should be, to what already hurt us, to what might happen.


Release attachments to how things should be and surrender to how they are.

We can’t make space for new happier stories whilst still reading the same chapters.
