Feel the pain and do it anyway

Feel your pain, and love it. Then you will be able to learn what you need to do.


When you block pain, you block healing.


One thing I know is that blocking, avoiding or hiding pain is the way to an unhappy life.


You wouldn’t leave a broken bone to heal all by itself would you?


Hopefully you’d go and get a professional to set it, to give you help, to take care of it.


If you didn’t feel the pain of the broken bone, you’d leave it to grow back all distorted.


  • You’re supposed to feel pain.

  • You’re supposed to ask for help.

  • You’re supposed to heal.


So, if you’re in emotional pain, good! It means something is off, something is trying to come up.


Let it be felt, let it hurt, and love it that you’re AWAKE.


Feel your pain, and love it. Then you will be able to learn what you need to do.
