Why I understand
Before becoming a coach, I spent many years leading teams, mentoring people and building businesses.
Since 2012 I've coached hundreds of business owners, professionals and leaders through uncertainty, growth and change.
Alongside my coaching practice, I founded HERA Women's Collective, bringing together women in business and creating a community built on collaboration rather than competition.
I've also created and hosted HERstory, an event that has helped local women find the confidence to stand on stage and share their stories.
I've learned that leadership isn't about having all the answers.
It's about having the courage to take the next step.
