Why I understand
For many years, I experienced anxiety myself.
On the outside, I looked like I was coping.
Inside, my mind was constantly scanning for danger, imagining what might go wrong and trying to stay one step ahead of life.
Learning to understand my nervous system changed everything.
Those experiences don't make me an expert in your anxiety.
But they do mean I understand how lonely and exhausting it can feel.
Today, alongside more than fourteen years of professional coaching experience, I bring compassion, practical tools and genuine hope.
Because I've learned something important.
