Mind Feelings

Sometimes our minds feel heavy, full, loud, and messy.

Sometimes our minds feel light, spacious, and clear.

So for this week, focus on the feeling rather than focusing on the chatter, the words, or the worries.

For example, my mind feels busy, clear, open, or closed.

Create an awareness of the state your mind is in.

Pop your phone timer to three alarm times to suit yourself.

Then record what feeling/state your mind is in. Label it, don’t judge it.

This is the first step to noticing whether you are mindfull or mindful.
