A 6 Week Course For A Nervous System Reset
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, on edge, or like you just can’t fully switch off… this is for you.
If your mind is busy, your body feels tight, and even rest doesn’t quite feel like rest anymore… you’re not alone. And you don’t need to push through it.
As the autumn leaves fall, it’s a natural time to let go.
Of tension in your body, noise in your mind, and the weight you’ve been carrying.
This is your space to slow down.
Over 6 weeks, I’ll gently guide you back to feeling calm, grounded, and more like yourself again.
Each week we’ll meet live online, where you’ll be taken through simple guided mindfulness and soft head and shoulder movements designed to help your body release tension and your mind begin to settle. Or you can watch the videos in your own time.
No pressure. No need to be on camera. You can join from the comfort and privacy of your own space, exactly as you are.
