Here’s how the hot seat bit works:

One woman at a time shares something she’s currently navigating in her business or work life. I’ll gently guide the conversation so it stays grounded and useful, and then the group can offer reflections, ideas, questions, encouragement… or just a simple ‘I see you, I get it’. It’s not about fixing anyone, just getting things out of your head and into a bit more clarity together.

We’ll move through a couple of people like that if time allows.

BUT, and this is important, you absolutely do not have to be in the hot seat.

You can just come for you:

• to listen

• to feel supported

• to connect with other women

• to have a coffee and be in good company

• or to just take in whatever lands for you

No pressure, no expectation, no performing. You choose how you show up.

If you are in the hot seat and not sure what you’d even bring, here are some gentle prompts to help:

• What feels a bit stuck or heavy in your business right now?

• Where are you feeling stretched, tired, or overwhelmed?

• What are you wanting to grow or change, but something’s holding you back?

• Where are you doubting yourself or your direction?

• What decision are you sitting on and circling?

• What feels exciting, but also a bit scary to step into?

• Where are you over-giving or under-receiving?

• What part of your work life just isn’t feeling aligned anymore?

It can be big or really small. It doesn’t need to be polished or figured out.

It’s really just a simple space for women in business to sit together, be real, and not do it all alone 🤍
