That's why we created the HERA Business Pow Wow.

Held in one of our favourite Nelson cafés, our Business Pow Wows bring together a small group of HERA members for relaxed, honest business conversations that leave you feeling inspired, supported and full of fresh ideas.

Each session has a business focus.

We might spend time exploring marketing, pricing, confidence, mindset, social media, customer service, boundaries, AI, networking, leadership or another topic that's relevant to the women around the table.

Some sessions are like a mini workshop.

Some are a chance to brainstorm ideas.

Some are simply about helping one another work through a challenge.

The beauty is that everyone brings something different.

One woman may have the answer you've been searching for.

You might be exactly the person another member needs to meet.

We ask questions.

We share ideas.

We celebrate wins.

We offer encouragement.

We learn from one another.

There is no pressure to know everything and no expectation to have all the answers.
